Smoothie Bowl Superfood Granola
Direction / Tips
1. In a high-speed blender, place 1 cup mango, grapes, milk and yogurt.
2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to blend.
3. Pour into a bowl, garnish with 1/2 cup chopped ripe mango, strawberry and Honey & Almond Granola.

MILK. Any milk will work with smoothie, including almond milk, cashew milk or oat milk.
YOGURT. Greek yogurt thickens and make smoothie creamier. But you can still use plain yogurt.
FRUITS. You can use any fruits for toppings.
GRANOLA. Granola adds a nice crunchy texture. You may try other flavor of Jam 7 Sincerely. We have 5 flavors to choose from.

Yogurt Parfait Granola
Direction / Tips
1. Place mangoes into the bottom of a glass.
2. Top with yogurt.
3. Add on the granola.

FRUITS: I chose mango for this yogurt parfait, but you can choose any fruit you'd like.
YOGURT: Greek yogurt is ideal for this recipe and adds protein but any yogurt can be use for yogurt parfait.
HONEY: You can skip honey if you prefer the parfait not to be sweetened.
GRANOLA: Addition of granola to a yogurt parfait provides a satisfying crunch and lot of fiber. Any Sincerely granola is perfect for this parfait.

Chocolate Chia Pudding
Direction / Tips
1. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds and milk. Allow to sit for about 4 hours for the chia seeds to soften and gel.
2. Add banana, cucumber and granola on top. Serve immediately.

CHIA SEEDS. Any type of chia seeds - white, black, or a mix - will work for this recipe. They all have the same nutritional benefits and gel-like quality when soaked.
MILK. Feel free to use any milk you have on hand - oat milk, fresh milk or coconut milk.
FRUITS. You may use berries or any other fruits for the toppings.
GRANOLA. I use dark chocolate granola in this recipe. You may try our chocolate cashew granola too. Both delicious.
